Inside Sales Representative

About the Job
Gale Banks Engineering is an established industry leader in the design, engineering and manufacture of automotive aftermarket performance products for trucks, SUVs and motorhomes. We are currently seeking Inside Sales Representatives to join our busy call center sales team. Will make contact by phone and email to existing leads in our massive database of previous and potential customers, update contact information to qualify leads, and complete sale of GBE products and services.
This is a full time day shift position, Monday-Friday with some Saturdays and holidays, established hourly rate of pay with commission potential.
Requirements:
- Strong telephone presentation and closing skills
- Excellent follow-up ability with strict attention to detail
- Develop complete understanding of Banks products and services
- Skilled listener able to evaluate customer needs
- Effectively communicate value of Banks products and services
- Strong computer (Outlook and MS Word) and accurate typing skills
- Background in automotive or the automotive aftermarket industry

We are currently seeking a Front End Web Applications Designer to join our web development marketing group. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who combines a high level of creativity with strong organization skills, and has experience working in a fast paced environment handling competing priorities,
Responsibilities:
Working in collaboration with our marketing and creative groups:
- Create, update, and maintain multiple websites, HTML editing
- Design graphics, logos, banners and animation for websites
- Monitor website quality, performance and reliability
- Assist with day-to-day website and marketing related tasks
Skills Required:
HTML, XHTML, CSS, PhotoShop
- Proficient in both Windows and Mac environments
- Solid understanding of web technologies
- AJAX, Dreamweaver, Flash experience helpful
Education/Experience:
Degree or certification in Graphic Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Computer Science or related field,or additional work experience equivalent
- 1-3 years hands-on web graphic design, web user interface experience
- Demonstrated ability to visualize projects, develop and produce design from concept through completion
- Strong communication skills, including writing and editing skills
- Samples of Web site work and/or portfolio will be requested.
